Chocolate Mug Cake
Place these ingredients inside in your favorite mug:
2 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal - 60-90 calories (check your label!)
3 Tbsp Almond Meal - 120
1.5 Tbsp Cocoa Powder - 19 
3 Tbsp Heavy Cream or Whole Milk - 150/27
1 egg - 70
1 dropper vanilla stevia or flavor choice or 1 Tbsp sweetener of choice
Whisk together
Cook in microwave for 1 min 40 secs
While cake cools, crumble dark chocolate to melt - 5 calories per gram
Pour on cake 

Total calories ~419 with heavy cream and ~296 with whole milk (doesn't include chocolate calories, base on how much you use!)

 Variation: Instead of cocoa I used 2 Tbsp pumpkin (10 calories) and added cinnamon, nutmeg and a bit of cloves. split the recipe between two coconut oil sprayed ramekins and topped with a bit of whipping cream. Yum. Sweet tooth satisfied!
